Residential Warranty Corporation Limited Structural Warranty provides ten
years of major structural defect protection and assurance that any elements
that do not meet standards will be corrected. The fully insured RWC Warranty
clearly defines which items are covered and for what period of time.
Additional warranty plans for major systems, materials and workmanship are
available through your builder and/or manufacturer.
The RWC Warranty gives you peace of mind that your new home has met high
standards. Every manufacturer who offers the RWC Warranty program has been
screened for technical competence, financial stability and ethical conduct
with consumers.
The RWC Warranty has added advantages including: a proven process for
successful settlement of disputes preventing unnecessary litigation;
possible exemptions from Government agencies extended to RWC members; the
possibility of qualifying for special financing on your home; and
transference of the warranty to subsequent buyers adding value to your home.
